First and foremost I would describe myself as a deeply curious, emotionally explorative, healing soul on a continuous journey to connect with my most whole, healed, and loving self. My days are spent putting my energetic intentions towards helping guests look their best and most beautiful behind the chair as a healthy hair and head spa specialist.
By night I allocate my introspective curiosities and energetic passions towards guiding others through emotion evoking breathe and sound healing experiences. I feel called in all the work I do to connect you to your deepest needs and desires. I aspire to provide an emotionally held space for your self guided healing.
Collectively Healing One
Breathe At A Time
COME FOR THE RELEASE
STAY FOR THE CONNECTION
It's a privilege to be your guide and your witness as your ceremony facilitator. Guided breathe is your opportunity to connect to the parts of you that live in the shadows. The unexpressed emotionally turmoiled parts within weighing on your ability to love fully, live joyously, and emote thoroughly.
As a self-proclaimed work in progress, I too am a student of breathe. After decades of surviving bearing the weight of my own emotional world, I turned toward many different healing modalities to break free of their hold. My trauma, as well as my own complacencies with the world I had created for myself needed healing and breathe has been my medicine.
There is no finish line to your path of healing, but there's an abundance of opportunities for you to awaken the joy and wholeness within. It's my belief that healing happens in the presence of another it's an honor to be your witness.
I am here as your guide; curating an environment that empowers you to connect you to your internal world. Specializing in guiding you through the layers of grief life has in store, with an emphasis on inner-child reparenting and shadow work.
Your path to healing is not linear, It's vailed in imperfections, discomfort, and that's the point. Hard paths guide you to living in all your greatness.

What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is diaphragmatic 3 part breathing pattern known as Holotropic breath. Meaning
moving towards wholeness. What makes this breathing modality
meaningful is the way it can influence the entire body, especially the nervous system
.Holotropic breathing guides the practitioner into a non-ordinary state of consciousness which is said to begin a natural healing process, connecting you with your inner intelligence.
Pairing quickened breathing with evocative music, all while laying with eyes closed can mirror similar outcomes to psychedelics
